Payment Options

To make your purchase in our shop as comfortable as possible, we have integrated a variety of different payment systems in our shop that all gives you a quick and secure processing of your order.

Payment by Instant Bank Transfer

Take advantage of the TÜV certified Instant Bank transfer.

This payment method works with a SLL- encryption and will transfer the money from your Online-Bank-Account automaticily and in real-time with the proven PIN/TAN-Enter directly to the Carl Jaeger Tonindustriebedarf GmbH.

For this service no transaction fee has to be paid nor a seperate software or an additional registration are necessary. The order data like the Carl-Jaeger bank details, payment amount or the transaction reference must not be filled in by you - the system will automatically provide this information for you.

Requirement for the use of the Instant bank transfer is just an activated online banking account with a PIN/TAN- procedure.
Please note that in a few banks Instant-Bank-Transfer is not available yet.
For any questions or uncertainties in the use of instant bank transfer please contact your local bank consultant.

Payment by PayPal

If you wish a payment via Paypal for example in order to benefit from the integrated buyer protection functions, than you can choose this very easily during your order process as at the end of your order you will be forwarded directly to PayPal.
If you already are registered at PayPal you can log in with your user data and confirm the payment.
If you are new at PayPal you can also sign in as a guest or open a new PayPal- account ant then confirm the payment.

Payment by a credit card

If you wish to pay with a credit card, than you can use a Visa or MasterCard. At the end of the order process you can enter your credit card information in the form and the information will be SSl encripted transferred to our payment processor.
ceramics-supplier.com does not store any credit card information, these will be only managed by our payment processor.
The settelment process meets the PCI DSS standard we are tested and certified for on a regularly basis.

Payment on invoice

On reqest public institutions can also be enabled for payment via invoice in our webshop.

We will review your inquiry immediately and after a contigently requirement of a short legitimacy, activate your costumer account for your shopping via invoice.
